In most cases, I can foresee problematic project locations, in advance discuss in terms of financial and technical alternatives, replacement of materials, taking into account delivery times.

I have key skills in organizing and managing a project. Building a critical path, setting checkpoints, I use the motivation system within my team. Organization of daily meetings within team with the setting and monitoring of long and short tasks. Organization and holding of working meetings with representatives of the Customer and his contractors

I'm proficient in the following tools:

Revit, BIM 360 - workspace for the project groups, subcontractors (BIM-management), work with complex types of families.
Autocad - implementation and parallel work through Revit, creation of dynamic blocks.
3DS Max - work in conjunction with Revit, creation images and interiors.
Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp - graphic raster and vector editors - creation of secondary elements, visualization of ideas.
InDesign - creating presentations and layouts.

I speak English at B1-B2 level

I love my job, I complete the contract scope of work in a timely manner, but I also respect my work, and I am looking for an interesting job with decent pay.
